This policy explains how Flight Statistics handles account, security and operational analytics data. The platform is intended for authorized Ground Operations users only.

1. Scope

Flight Statistics is a web-based operational analytics dashboard for flight statistics, KPIs, performance review and related reporting. This Privacy Policy applies to the public informational pages and the authenticated application.

2. Information we collect

A) Account & access data
  • User identifier, name, role and permission level.
  • Authentication and session data required to keep access secure.
B) Operational data
  • Flight statistics and operational performance records available to authorized users.
  • Derived KPIs, dashboard filters, date ranges and related analysis parameters.
C) Technical & security data
  • IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and security events.
  • Error logs used for troubleshooting, stability and system protection.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
  • Provide dashboards, filtering, KPI calculations and reporting features.
  • Support security monitoring, auditability and operational troubleshooting.

4. Cookies & sessions

Session cookies are used strictly for authentication and security. These cookies are necessary for the application to function. Public pages may be viewed without logging in.

5. Sharing

Flight Statistics is designed for internal operational use. Personal information is not sold. Access to operational data is restricted to authorized users and controlled by permissions.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied, including authentication controls, session protection and monitoring. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.

7. Retention

Account and operational records are retained as needed for operational oversight, auditability and internal reporting, subject to applicable internal policies.

8. User choices

  • Authorized users may request access changes through the system administrator.
  • Correction requests for inaccurate information should be submitted through the same channel.
